By using AstroDice.ai, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Service Description

AstroDice.ai provides AI-powered astrology dice readings based on traditional horary astrology. Our readings are for entertainment and self-reflection purposes only.

3. Entertainment Disclaimer

Important: AstroDice.ai readings are for entertainment and personal reflection purposes only. They do not constitute financial, legal, medical, or professional advice. Do not make important life decisions based solely on our readings.

4. Accounts

• You must be 13 or older to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account.
• A short symbolic preview and one on-device full-reading experience may be available without an account.
• AI-generated full readings require reading credits. Promotional credits may be offered to new accounts.

5. Purchases and Refunds

Reading-credit packs are one-time purchases and do not renew automatically. Each AI-generated full reading uses one credit.

If your first purchased reading does not meet your expectations, contact [email protected] within 7 days of purchase. We will review the request and refund the latest eligible order. Abuse, automated use and repeated refund requests are not eligible.

6. Availability

Features, limits and pricing may change as the service develops. Current prices and purchase terms are displayed before checkout.

7. Prohibited Use

• Attempting to reverse-engineer or scrape our service.
• Using automated tools to generate readings in bulk.
• Reselling readings without permission.
• Any illegal use of the service.

8. Intellectual Property

The AstroDice.ai name, logo, and reading framework are proprietary. Readings generated for you are yours to use personally, but may not be resold or published commercially without permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

AstroDice.ai is provided "as is." We are not liable for decisions made based on a reading or for service interruptions. Where applicable, liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
