How an AstroDice reading is made
The result is not a hidden personality score or a prediction generated from your browsing history. It is one fixed symbolic combination interpreted in relation to one question.
The three dice
Each die has twelve possible faces, producing 1,728 planet–sign–house combinations. The combination is read as a whole. The same planet can mean something different when its sign, house and the user's actual question change.
Our interpretation layers
- Question: the user defines the situation before casting.
- Planet: describes the active symbolic function.
- Sign: modifies the planet through element, mode and condition.
- House: locates the theme in a life area and indicates relative emphasis.
- Synthesis: supporting and difficult signals are combined into a reflective verdict.
AstroDice is inspired by traditional astrological concepts such as planetary condition and house strength, while also using modern planets and lunar nodes. It is therefore better described as a modern astrology dice framework informed by traditional technique—not a complete traditional horary chart.
Randomness and the role of AI
What is random
The browser selects each of the three die faces when the user casts. Once selected, the result is fixed for that reading.
What AI does
AI receives the user's question and the fixed combination. It does not choose the dice. Its job is to apply the interpretation instructions and produce readable language. Because generative AI can be inconsistent, the visible planet, sign and house remain the primary record of the cast.
What a reading can and cannot do
A reading can offer a new perspective, name a tension, or suggest what deserves attention. It cannot verify facts, guarantee a future event, diagnose a condition or replace professional advice.
- Do not use it as the sole basis for medical, legal or financial decisions.
- Do not repeatedly cast until a preferred answer appears.
- Treat timing language as a symbolic window, not a guaranteed deadline.
- Compare the interpretation with observable reality and your own judgment.
Why we keep the meaning open
Astrology as a language for reflection—not a machine for certainty.
The aim is not to make the reading vague. It is to be specific about the symbols while staying honest about uncertainty. A responsible interpretation distinguishes its strongest tendency from the factors that could change the outcome.
